I'm the founder and lead engineer of tap-3 — a web-to-app conversion platform that turns social media bio clicks into App Store and Google Play installs. I built tap-3 after watching countless creators and small app teams lose 60–80% of their bio link traffic to in-app browsers, broken deep links, and multi-step funnels.
I work on every layer of the product: the smart deep linking engine, the analytics pipeline, the TikTok integration, and the customer-facing dashboard. Most of what I write here comes directly from data we see across tap-3 accounts and from problems I've personally debugged in production.

How I research my posts
Every published guide goes through three stages: first-party data from the tap-3 dashboard, official platform documentation (Apple, Google, TikTok), and hands-on testing on real devices. Numbers I cite are either from anonymized aggregate tap-3 data or sourced inline to public studies. I update posts when platform behavior changes — the "Last updated" date at the top of each article reflects the most recent verification.
